Born in 1946, Paul Germain is a native of Richmond, Virginia. In keeping with family tradition, he, like his mother, is an award-winning artist. Her father, too, made his living as an artist through the Great Depression - quite a feat in that day and age!
Continuing in this tradition, in the early 1990's, Paul left a career as a graphic designer, art director and illustrator to begin painting full time. He has exhibited in 24 prominent solo exhibitions, participated in over 48 group exhibitions and has work included in many respected private, public and corporate collections throughout the United States.
Paul served on the board of the National Association of Independent Artists (NAIA) for three years.
